Free Gift Wrapping

Free gift wrapping with gift card is provided. All small to medium orders are wrapped in our new retro red gloss wrap with white polka dots and a white belly band and our larger items are wrapped in our natural wrap (brown paper with rainbow coloured raffia ribbon).

*This free gift wrapping option allows you to either wrap one toy or a group of toys together as one gift. If you would like to have all of your toys individually wrapped please purchase 'additional gift wrap' from our online store.

If you would like your gifts wrapped you will need to leave wrapping instructions on your oder form.

Replacement Parts

The availability of replacement parts guarantees your toy will last longer, especially if it is used in an early learning environment or toy library. We carry replacement parts for all our product lines at a nominal cost. Please contact us for more information.

Extend Abilities staff are more than happy to help you find the toy you are looking for.

Our call centre is open 9.30am - 3pm Monday to Friday or by arrangement.

Repair and Maintenance Service

If for some reason one of your precious ones has damaged an Extend Abilities toy, we offer a repair and maintenance service. Call us; explain the problem and we will give you an approximate quote for the repair. The toy will be returned to you approximately 10 days after we have received the toy at our workshop.

15 Day Accounts

If you represent a toy library, early learning centre, kindergarten, preschool or childcare centre, you are automatically entitled to a 15 day account on any products purchased. If you place your order online please email us to confirm that you would like it put on an account for you.
