To ensure reliable delivery of your orders, all parcels are dispatched and tracked as ‘registered mail’ with Australia Post’s Eparcel system. We offer delivery at a heavily reduced rate however we must abide by Australia Post’s rules regarding size and weight. Please note that we are not allowed to ship any parcel over 20kg and, due to volume restrictions, all furniture items can only be shipped individually.

Orders are dispatched every Thursday and delivery times range from 1 – 12 days, from each Thursday depending on their proximity to Melbourne.

Please note that we are unable to have your toys left at your premisis with out it being signed for.
